This modern apartment is in the heart of Barcelona, close to various top attractions such as La Pedrera-Casa Milà!
The apartment boasts an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven, to help you prepare delicious meals. A washer and ironing equipment are available to cater to your laundry needs.
There are two bedrooms. One has a comfortable queen bed, and another has a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The two bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please note that there is a 4th (5th real floor) floor with NO ELEVATOR in this building.

Located in the centre of Barcelona, this vibrant city offers unique experiences and a variety of cuisines nearby the apartment. With a 13 minutes walk to Joan Miró Park and an 8 minutes walk to Jardins de Magalí, you can peacefully relax and lighten your day. Sants station is an 8 minutes walk, and you can explore some of the city's most iconic landmarks, such as the breathtaking Sagrada Familia Cathedral and Guell's Park. Stroll through the La Rambla and explore the famous La Boqueria market for tasty "tapas".
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
Santa Station is just an 8-minute walk.
Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.
Please note that before check in, all guests older than 16 years needs to pay city tax, is 6,05€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights) and from 1st of October 2024 city tax will be 6,90€ per guest per night
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
