It was greater than I expected! Location was the best! Very convenient to go everywhere. The room is quite small but you have a shared lounge area you can have some coffee or teas outside the room. It is very quiet and balcony was great addition! The staff was kind enough to share the information how to get to the hotel before arrival. We had only one issue with the AC on our first day but it was because we had our windows open. I wish there was an instruction or an explanation on that in advance for the people who did self check-in. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Loved this hotel! Amazing area near Passeig de Gràcia and Playa Catalunya, where lots of good food and stores are. Hotel was clean, front desk was very accommodating, and the balcony was a beautiful touch. Would definitely come back next time i’m in Barcelona!

Although the size of the room is too small specially the shower and toilet area but it’s manageable. If you are a person that needs bigger space than this location might not be the right fit for you otherwise it’s a great place.

Great location, clean, tidy rooms though small. There is a central space with tables, coffe, tea etc.that is useful. Decent airconditioning kept everything cool despite hot days. Very helpful staff.

프런트 분들도 친절하고 층고가 높아서 방이 커보여요. 실제로도 작지 않구요. 위치도 유명 레스토랑이랑 가깝고 카사바트요랑도 걸어서 10분안으로 다닐 수 있습니다. 주변에 큰 마트가 없는게 조금 아쉽긴 한데 룸 컨디션이나 주변 소음이나 이런게 크게 없어서 좋았어요. 아 물론 유로파 결승전이나 이럴 때엔 바로 앞에 바가 있어서 좀 시끄럽긴 한데 그날 이외에는 밤에도 크게 시끄럽지 않았어요. 다음에 또 스페인에 가도 여기에서 지내고 싶어요.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel was better than expected for the price. The balcony was very beautiful and the hotel was nice, quiet and clean. Everything we needed for a perfect stay. Only 4 stars for comfort because the bed was quite firm for my taste. I should also note the bathroom just has a sliding glass door, so there is not much privacyfor the toilet. Other than that, great stay!

We certainly felt at home at Casa Bertrand. Our room, #3, was just over the front door to the building, and the balcony made for great people and dog watching when we were taking breaks from exploring Barcelona. Easy access to train, metro and buses, and very walkable. The room design is well thought out, and inspiring of bedroom redesign plans!

Great place
Well located not too far from everything you want to see in Barcelona. Since there is no staff, i wouldn't stay it's a hotel and it has few commodities but for the price and the location, you're right in Barcelona with LOTS of restaurants ans things to do. I totally recommend this place.

Feel any home Casa Bertrand was lovely. Staff were really nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable and in a really convenient location close to metro and bus. I recommend it to anyone going on a city break to Barcelona

It was a nice and clean room, We did not know it was not a hotel, so when we arrive (we did tell them when we figured to arrive ) We had no idea how to get in, we rang a bell, and we had no idea how fare up we should go, but tryed!!!! It would be nice if we had an email or message about how to get in.

The property is close to Passeig de Grazia - ideally located. The concierge staff, available on-site during the daytime, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the rooms were spotless. Many dining options were nearby, and the Casa Battlo was only a few blocks away. The room had a small balcony and the windows were soundproofed so the room was completely quiet. There is a community room where guests could have their tea and coffee, and bring takeout. We would absolutely stay again!
