CHARMING & QUIET APARTMENT WITH BALCONY AND PARKING NEXT TO PARK GÜELL

The apartment located in one of Gràcia’s neighborhoods, a few minutes away from Park Güell-one of Gaudi's famous masterpieces- offering some of the best views over Barcelona. It’s a quite and peaceful area with very good public transportation.
It is found of a peaceful family building and has been fully refurbished and renovated with all the latest appliances and comforts you may need. In a neighborhood close to the city center but quite and green. A perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing.
The apartment has 75 m2 and consists of:
A living room with a 40 ”smart TV, DVD player, sofa, and a dining room table big enough for 6 people.
3 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with two twin beds, 1 doubleroom and one bedroom with a trundle bed. The master bedroom and the double bedroom can include one single bed, or two beds that can be pushed apart. All the rooms face the exterior.
A complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen connected to a charming balcony with one table and two chairs.
Crib and high chair are available for infants. If needed, please let us know in the booking process.
Heating and air conditioning in the entire house and high speed Wifi connection.
Parking in the same building (not suitable for 8 seater cars). Ask for availability. The price per night of the parking is 10 euros.
Please note our apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift.

THE FOLLOWING CHARGES MUST BE PAID AT THE CHECK-IN:

- The tourist tax of 2. € 25 per night and per adult (over 16 years old) must be paid for a maximum of 7 nights. The apartment complies with all local regulations.

- 10 euros per night for the parking, in case you need it.

Neighborhood
The apartment is located in a neighborhood in the north part of Gràcia, one of the most popular and vibrant districts in Barcelona. The center of Gracia is full of small, vibrant and winding streets and squares with cafes, restaurants, fresh food markets and boutiques.
The neighborhood where the apartment is located is one of the highest found in town and one of the greenest in Barcelona, including The Parc de la Creueta del Coll and Park Güell, two of the largest parks in the city. It’s also close to the Tibidabo Mountain.
We are a 3 minute walk from the bus station and 5-7 minutes away from Vallcarca subway Station (L3) which directly leads to many famous Barcelona landmarks in a short time (Paseo de Gracia, Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Drassanes, Paral. Lel , Poble Sec, Espanya ...)
There’s also a taxi station a 3 minute walk away

Marta was very helpful and quick to respond with all communications. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a grocery stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Vert easy to go to the .attractions of Barcelona via taxi, bus or driving. I will be coming back to Barcelona and will definitely stay here again!

Cozy, quiet apartment perfect for a family!
This apartment was perfect for our three night stay in Barcelona. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had plenty of space for my family of 5 (including two teens and a tween). The location was great as well. It was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood after a day in the busy city center. We also really enjoyed the back patio/porch. It was perfect for morning tea and coffee or an evening cocktail.

What a great experience!
Marta was the perfect host! Great communication, friendly and just a lovely person. The place was super clean and comfortable and the location while being away from the main area was still an easy metro ride away and quiet which is exactly what we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended! We will be back Marta!

Marta’s place was exactly as described! The location was a few mins walk to the Vallcarca metro station. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Marta greeted us and let us use her indoor garage space, which was Amazing as parking on the street isn’t obvious to find.

Comfortable and excellent location
We had a great few days over Easter. Apartment is in a relatively quiet spot with ease of acess to metro system. A few stops into centre or walkable if you have more time. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped Thank you Marta for your advice and help re getting around etc - much appreciated.

Quaint and beautiful apartment!
We were a group of 4 women enjoying a "girls trip" and this apartment worked perfectly. A five-minute walk to the Metro and a train pass took us anywhere we wanted to go. One minor issue and the owner had it fixed while we were out. Marta was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you!!!!

Great apartment and lovely host
Marta made us so welcome, lots of useful information and very friendly - even booked us a nice restaurant for my wife’s birthday the day we arrived (L’arroseria Xativa Gracias). The apartment was awesome, beautifully decorated and furnished, big enough for our family of five, clean and well equipped and great for park guell and getting onto the L3 metro from where we could explore Barcelona. Will be back one day.

Perfect for a family of five!
Perfecto! The listing provides an accurate description of the apartment. There have been several times when a HomeAway listing embellished a place's charms, but not this one. The apartment is new, charming, quiet, with parking, with wifi, washing machine, beautiful decor, air conditioning, close to the public transport, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the kindness and responsiveness of Marta cannot be omitted from any review. Marta was so helpful, even directing us to a restaurant for our first dinner in Barcelona that was fantastic. Finally, the kitchen was wonderful.

From the very beginning, Marta was extremely responsive in answering my questions and provided detailed information for our check-in. During our stay, she continued to make sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, our stay was great! The entire apartment is clean and comfortable. It is close to grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and transportation. The only down side is the primary bedroom faces the street which can get noisy in the morning with traffic. But there are two other bedrooms in the back which can be used if noise is an issue with you. One other thing, there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the 2nd floor with a somewhat narrow staircase. So do take that into consideration if you're traveling with a big suitcase.

Cute, comfortable and modern apartment
Our host, Marta, is very nice! She was able to give us guidance on how to get around the neighborhood to the stores and the park as well as give suggestions on using the Metro and getting to the airport. The neighborhood seemed safe and attractive. The apartment felt secure and worked well for our family of four with comfortable beds and 3 bedrooms, each with their own AC unit. We used the clothes washer and hung our clothes to dry. The kitchen and dishwasher met our needs for making breakfast and having snacks when we were not out exploring. The apartment is located within walking distance of the Metro and Park Guell so we did not require a car in order to enjoy the things we came to see. It was easy to take the Metro train to the downtown historic core of Barcelona. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful city of Barcelona and its friendly happy citizens!

Marta is great!
This was the first time an owner checked us in as opposed to just entering a code. I now know why! Marta wants to check in and help in any way possible. She is very kind. Place is spacious and clean. Appreciated the multiple AC units and the Nespresso machine. I wish I had used it more than just the one time! Also there was a bottle of water in the fridge and that was lovely to have upon check-in. Only item to note is that I was excited to have a washer in the unit however there is no dryer. I still washed a small load but it didn’t completely dry. So plan ahead and give yourself extra drying time.

Excellent apartment and hostess!
The property was exactly as described in the listing, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The newly renovated apartment was nicely furnished, cozy, and conveniently-located. It is in a quiet residential area that was only a 7 minute walk to the metro. We wanted to live like locals and soak in the culture and history of Barcelona. This apartment was really perfect for our family of three. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the patio's cheerful yellow bistro table. A quaint little grocery store was maybe 20 yards away from the apartment. Our son loved the fast wifi and smart TV, so he could stream his favorite cartoons. Marta is an exceptional hostess! She went out of her way to greet us upon arrival, in the middle of the night (late flight). She provided helpful tips, directions, and assistance throughout our trip. Our one week stay was not sufficient to experience everything in Barcelona. We would love to stay here again. Thank you, Marta!

A very good time in Quiet part of Barca
Really liked our stay here considering it was our first time in barca. Marta (host) met us on our first day, greated us and made sure all instructions were clear, how to use appliances and most of all, how to navigate through Barca. The appartment was clean and looked exactly like the pics. The location is about 15 mins from everything and easily accessible by metro. The Metro station (Vallarca) is about 400m (8 min walk) which gets you to everywhere you need to (including downtown, and all siteseing places). Parc Guell is about 20 min walk from appartment. Core part of downtown is really noisy so it was great staying at this place where is a bit away from the hustle and bustle but just few bus stops away from everything. Highly suggest staying here, convience store is few steps away. Overall a great time.

Le gîte est situé dans un quartier tranquille et on a l’impression de vivre la vie des locaux.
Tout était parfait. Très beau gîte. Les commerces sont à proximité. L’hôtesse est sympathique et disponible et nous donne des conseils judicieux. La meilleure de nos hôtesses en 4 semaines en Espagne. Mais VRBO n’était pas fonctionnel pour communiquer avec elle jusqu’à notre arrivée. Ça nous a causé des désagréments.
