CENTRAL 4BR/2BR FAMILY APARTMENT with AIRCO, WIFI, LIFT

This centrally located apartment, just steps away from Plaza Catalunya and the famous Passeig de Gracia, suits all tastes.

The living room with open kitchen has a classic design. Just as the master bedroom and the second bedroom, both with a double bed. The more modern styled third bedroom with a double sofa bed also can be used a study or extra salon. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. There is an extra double sofa bed in the second bedroom
Three out of four bedrooms are air-conditioned, including the living; all of them have balcony access. (the fourth bedroom has a fan).

The apartment is completely equipped so that you won't be less comfortable than in your own home. It has a flat screen TV, DVD, High speed Wifi internet and expandable dining table for up to 10 guests. There is a dish washer, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, safe and of course fresh towels and bed linen are provided for.

You can shop till you drop, have convenient stores and other shops literally at your doorstep, making it a perfect base from where to explore Barcelona. Check out one of my favourite streets around the corner, Calle Enrique Granados. It is a pedestrian street, with loads of greenery and coffee shops, eateries, art galleries and nice shops. Come and stay at this uniquely decorated apartment with old original Barcelonian touches.

The metro station Universidad is less than 5 minutes walking. Plaza Cataluña (at the top of the famous Las Ramblas) would be less than 10 minutes walking.

So apart from having a very central locations, there is also transportation nearby to get you around the city. For example to get on to the yellow line that goes along the coast to a variety of beaches, you would only need 2 stops.

Nice place in an Excellent Location
An excellently located comfortable large classic apartment from late 19th to early 20th century whose kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized. The apartment was well stocked with the various paper needs, towels and soap. The beds and linen were good. WiFi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only problem was we did not have use of a functioning dryer which was disappointing being that was a criteria for picking a property for a large group. They said the filter was bad and they had no answer for our weeks stay. Frankly, the dryer was dated (washer looked to be much newer) and probably needs to be replaced. Also the annoying Barcelona per person (hotel??) tax that they want in cash but won't give a receipt for- they do have an electronic solution for paying the tax that produces a receipt. Bit of a head scratcher. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and Barcelona.

Large apartment in a great neighborhood
We are a family of 8 adults and this apartment was the perfect size for us. The location is lovely, close to great restaurants and shops and easy walk to public transportation. Our check in process was very easy and and communication with the property manager was always timely and helpful.

Large apartment in good location
There were six of us staying in the apartment. We loved the location. The owner of the apartment and the property manager were very good very responsive. It was advertised as a four-bedroom apartment. The door to the fourth bedroom was locked so we could not use it. So, it was really only a three bedroom apartment. The property manager told us the problem would be fixed during our stay, but the problem was not resolved during our stay.

Great, walkable location - helpful hosts
The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our week and had great recommendations for area restaurants. The place is spacious, and the nearby pedestrian "street" a beautiful means to get around. Both the Universitat and Passeig de Gracia metro stops are easy walks. Walking to most major attractions is just about 30 min, so it made travelling around with a group of 7 very easy. 10/10 would reccomend.

Very spacious apartment for a large family. Great location. Very walkable safe area. Lacked paper towels and coffee filters which are usually in rentals I’ve been in before. I purchased those and left what we didn’t use for next guests.

A large apartment in a central area
Communication with owner and managers was excellent. 4 bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, provided plenty of room for our extended family. Two full bathrooms with plenty of towels and soaps. We did little cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked. Washing machine was kept busy and worked well. The location is very central, putting lots of Barcelona within walking distance. Several metro stations are nearby. I'd strongly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling with a large group.

Clean, large apartment, great management
We stayed here in March 2022, 6 of us ages 9 - 52. Management is super helpful and charming. Wifi was down, but not their fault. They worked hard to make it right for us. It's a busy street, so expect noise. Not walkable to the main attractions, so expect to take taxis. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Lovely apartment!

The apartment was perfect for us. We were near amazing restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Lots of parks for the kids. The subway was a very short walk away. Completely safe neighborhood. Nadia and Mich were great hosts, helping us out with umbrellas and arranging the weekly cleaning. Would stay here again!

Lovely apartment!
We loved Barcelona, and we loved staying in this apartment! The location was perfect--we felt like we were in the heart of the city and it was very easy to get wherever we wanted to go. There are two metro lines that can be used to get you just about anyplace when you do want to walk--but walking in Barcelona is awesome--the architecture is stunning, and the curvy little streets and alleys were delightful! Taras and Nadia were very responsive to our inquiries prior to the trip, and Taras was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived (and even helped us load our luggage)--which made check in quite easy. The elevator worked great and was so nice to have. The apartment itself was very comfortable--there were 7 of us, and we all had a comfortable bed so we all slept well. The unit's two bathrooms are spacious, and we had no problems with overcrowding anywhere! The washer and dryer available in the unit was a definite bonus. Some of our party went on to Paris after our week in Barcelona so the fact that we could do laundry before we left was very much appreciated. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, and just about anything you need in the neighborhood. There's a restaurant just down the street, La Flauta, which we loved! We ate there three times!! The tapas and prices were great!! (Thanks Taras for that recommendation). Would definitely recommend this unit; we had a great experience here and would definitely stay in in this unit again. Thanks for a great week!!!

The apartment was an old style, lovely apartment. We were very comfortable.
The property was great but use caution. We were targeted as we left early in the morning by pickpockets using the old salad dressing trick. No damage was done as we were quite aware of the trick other than a smelly train journey to Seville. We did not have a problem other than that for the five days we stayed. I recommend an American style coffee maker for the apartment, however.

Mich has a well located apt with beautiful tile floors and sculpted ceilings that we thoroughly enjoyed. We slept well on very comfortable beds and the window dormers allowed quiet nights. Great central location for walking or metro. Would highly recommend this apt!

Fantastic week in Barcelona!
Our group of 8 (mom & dad, 4 teens, 2 grandparents) enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment! There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out & relax after long days adventuring in Barcelona. The kitchen was well-equipped, the 2 bathrooms were spacious, and being such a large group, we appreciated always having hot water for showers. The location is ideal! The neighborhood felt very safe, and we were a short walk to many destinations. There is a metro stop nearby, but as there were 8 of us, we took taxi's to places that were further away. There is a taxi lane right outside the apartment and we were always able to quickly hail cabs (and we found them to be very reasonably priced). This apartment is the perfect mix of old-world style & modern convenience . The management was great to interact with, as well. We highly recommend this apartment for a terrific stay in Barcelona!

Large apartment and good location
Our family of six spent eight nights at this spacious apartment. With four teenagers we really appreciated the two larger bedrooms plus the bedrooms with twin beds and the luggage storage area that doubled as a closet. (We actually used the fourth bedroom as a “getting ready” area and second living space since there were four twin beds for our girls to sleep in.) The kitchen was functional for our breakfasts and morning coffee and there were several grocery options nearby. Having the washing machine and dryer was also appreciated. The location close to a metro station was great to see all the sites and we had no problem catching taxis just outside when we chose to use those. We felt safe all times of the day and night. There was street noise that was sometimes late, but that is expected and for us was part of the charm of staying right in a large city. Check in was extremely easy and Nadia was very friendly. The only thing that I would recommend is showing guests how to turn on the gas range / we did figure it out, but a quick demonstration might be nice for those not accustomed to using gas ranges that light differently than what they are used to. All in all it was a great place to stay and explore Barcelona and the surrounding area!
