A 5 minute walk to Plaza España and 15 minutes walk to Plaza Cataluña. From the apartment you can access on foot many of the attractions of the city. It is also excellently connected: buses at the door to the beaches, and a few minutes, metro, funicular Montjuic, tourist bus, shuttle to the airport terminal.

My client profile is people over 30, families and business travelers. We do not accept bachelor parties or other groups that could disturb the neighbors.
My flat is in a neighborhood called L´Eixample. It´s in the center of the city. It´s walking distance from the convention center in Plaza España. Very close (also walking distance) from the Miró museum and Caixa Forum. Located about 15 minutes walking distance from the famous Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Twenty minutes from the airport on a bus, which stops 5 blocks away from my apartment. We also have a huge and nice shopping center, with all the shops and restaurants you need and it´s just a 5 minute walk away.

My flat is the top floor of a beautiful building with a lift. Our neighbors are calm, quiet and respectful. It´s a beautiful flat, full of natural light and there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one full kitchen, a beautiful living room with TV, DVD, and a music stereo. Six people can sleep in this flat. It´s in a neighborhood called Eixample- a nice, clam, and safe neighborhood in the center of Barcelona. There are plenty of bars and restaurants which you can reach by foot. We have a supermarket right across the street and the underground and bus stops just one block away.

Clean and spacious apartment with amazing host!
Very clean and comfortable apartment with good location 8 minute walk to Placa Espanya and 30 minute walk to La Rambla. We had a great stay. 6th floor in a quiet building with an excellent elevator.

Great Location
The flat is centrally located with great access to the metro and bus, some of the city's most popular attraction are about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. There are a lot of options for food close by. Host was great and was always available when I had any questions.

Wonderful location and host
Mariona met us at the apartment and showed us everything. The apartment is less than 2 blocks from the metro station. We were there for 3 days before traveling to Croatia. The apartment is on the top floor but there is a lift so no worries there. We had a great time and Mariona even arranged for a taxi for our return to the airport.

Simply wonderful
Mariona was actually out of town when we got there, so she arranged for a friend (Maite) to be our host. We were there for nearly 2 weeks and could not have been more pleased with the warm and kindness we were given. Mariona checked on us many times from another country. We truly loved the space and would highly recommend.

Great location
This was a good location for exploring the city and the unit was very quiet (6th floor with lift, balcony facing away from the street). One metro station 2 blocks away and a major one (Placa Espana) about 3 blocks away. Neighborhood was relatively and very walkable, lots of markets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Weather wasnt too hot for our July stay, unit cooled via one ac unit, but was comfortable sleeping with windows open too.

The apartment is great and has everything you need. It’s on a nice quiet street and has easy access to the metro (2-3 blocks away). Plenty of choices for coffee and dining, as well as, a full sized grocery store a block away.

Kind host, convenient location
We had six adults from the US (my husband and I with our adult sons and girlfriends). The apartment was everything we needed. It’s not luxurious, but it’s quiet, safe, centrally located, and best of all, comes with the most gracious and attentive host. Barcelona was the first stop on our 3-country, 7-city tour, so it was very helpful to have our English speaking “friend”, Mariona, to reach out to with questions as we navigated the city.

Great host and property location!
We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was downtown allowing us to use the well developed public transit system to explore and enjoy the many sites of Barcelona. Very nice top floor apartment with well working elevator. The unit is on the back side of the building facing other apartments, not the street. We didn’t mind that because we were out all day anyway. I would recommend it for sure.

Decent and quiet Appartement in a great location
Appartment with enough space for the five of us. A very friendly and helpful host. The location is near all amenities and located close to the metro, so that all major sights can be reached easily. Despite that the appartment is in such a central location it is still very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely, short stay in Barcelona
Three women and one couple, all in our seventies stayed at this lovely apartment for four days prior to a pilgrimage. it was charming and adequate for our needs. Felt a part of Barcelona living. One bath with shower is a bit small but beds comfortable, kitchen had all that we wanted and social area plenty large. Go up street and around corner to small eatery Rekon for great empanadas, salad and eggplant appetizer. Metro nearby!

Mariona greeted us at the door and had wine and water in the refrigerator for us. The location was ideal for exploring-safe, central but not too noisy. She also gave us restaurant recommendations. Everything worked wonderfully. Highly recommend!

Great location, worked well for family
The location is amazing, with elevator for this top floor unit. The AC is small and rooms have only a ceiling fan, so it was uncomfortable for most of us at night. Only one bathroom is of decent size, the other bathroom is so small and uncomfortable for many of the seniors in my family. We made it work for us, but again, great location but unfortunately didn't allow us a comfortable stay due to the AC and small bathroom.
