Amazing place/location!
This place is truly a gem in the perfect location if you want to be in the city but not hear the city night life. Our host, Frédéric was so nice and very kind to provide many recommendations for places to eat, which were delicious! We 100% would stay here again and recommend this to our friends and family!

Nice place for a (short) stay in Barcelona
Great apartment in a convenient location. Apartment is equipped with all you need. There was quite some noise in the building complex and on the street, but that was for us not an issue. The owner is very kind and helpful. If you want to have the feeling that you are living in Barcelona we can definitely recommend this place.

Well equipped apartment in nice area with grocer, butcher and restaurants close by. The owner, Frederic, met us when we arrived to show us all the features of the apartment. Very pleasant stay.

My nephew, daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this flat in Barcelona. It was spacious and the three of us were very comfortable. It is very conveniently located and there were lots of food options nearby. We will definitely stay here again!

Good property for max 4 persons. Shower/toilet only accessible through main bedroom. Great to have lounge area and good amenities - cooker, microwave, washing machine. Pleasant area of city, close to main train station and Metro. Frederic met us at the property and showed us around, which was helpful.

Perfect space for 2-3 in Barcelona
Absolute perfect location for two friends or a small family. We loved the neighborhood and quick walking or transit access to all Barcelona has to offer. We had a small miscommunication on our checkout, but the way the host handled it makes me recommend the space even more. I would absolutely stay again on a return to Barcelona.

Overall the stay was great. We enjoyed how close the apartment was to attractions and local restaurants. Only complaint was we ran out of toilet paper on the last night and the shower light wasn’t functioning. Regardless of the small mishap, we loved the stay and would do it again

Great traditional apartment in a residential area. Fantastic location, within easy access for metro, bus and funicular railway, to enable you to see the rest of the city. Within walking distance of many local bars and restaurants.

Authentic and stylish apartment
Perfect location, close to montjuic for walking and metro nearby gets you straight to park guell one way and camp nou the other. As well as rest of the city. Frederic welcomed us personally and gave us some tips which we appreciated. Highly recommend and would come back again.

Frédéric the owner waited for us as planned and explained well how appliances worked. He came back the next to fix the tv/Netflix which we really appreciated. The very old tile floor needs a good wash.

Apartment in Poble Sec
The Apartment was as described and provided a great base for our stay in a quiet neighbourhood, but 5 minutes away from a main road and subway. Our only issue was scaffolding covering the balconies, we chose this apartment for the balcony and were not advised in advance of the scaffolding, we felt a bit cheated in this as there was plenty of opportunity before arrival to let us know.

Clean, close to the metro, and good communication with host!
We had a great stay. The apartment had everything we required, was conveniently located close to the metro, close to restaurants, and has two mini grocery stores across the street. Everything was clean, having laundry was convenient, and we always felt safe. Frederic was extremely responsive and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed!

Easy stay at Poble Sec
Frederic met me at the apartment and nicely explained how to use the kitchen appliances, bathroom faucets and utilities. The WIFI and TV worked well. The apartment is very close to the Metro Poble Sec station and Montjuic attractions. Two items may need attention: 1) The electric kettle doesn't turn off automaticly when the water has boiled and may be a fire hazard if unattended. 2) The beautiful shower has a very slippery floor when wet and may be a falling hazard. Especially for the elderly.

Comfortable flat in a residential area with all amenities close by.
The flat is in a comfortable neighborhood with all necessary amenities such as 24h supermarket, restaurants, taparias (check Carrer de Blai). 2min walk from Plaça de Enpanya, 20/25min walk from Port Vell, likewise to Plaça de Catalunya or Barrì Gotic. Comfortable interiors, nice and spacious bathroom/shower. The neighborhood got noisy on Saturday night during am hours (2am to 4am) because of music and people screaming loud down in the street, but probably it's been an unlucky random happening for us. Overall, convenient place to be.

No lift, 37 steps up to apartment. Manager told us: “don’t drink the water, it will make you sick”. Not a good neighborhood for us. We found more restaurants operated by Bangladeshis than Spaniards.

Convenient, quiet, and comfortable location with easy access to Barcelona's many sights
Convenient, quiet, comfortable location for an extended stay: non-tourist area but within easy walk to local restaurants, groceries, drug stores, banks, even an urgent care center. Within walking distance to to the dazzling Montjuic area with its vistas, hiking and museums. Very close to Barcelona's world class, tourist-friendly Metro and bus system which gave us easy access to Barcelona's Old Town and its Gothic, Born and nearby Eixample districts which are full of destinations but very busy. Apartment itself quite suitable for a couple and perhaps one child; third floor location without an elevator worked for us but would be a challenge for some visitors. Finally, Frederic, the owner, was very helpful in promptly retrieving and safeguarding a passport left behind in the apartment and only discovered after we left town for a week.

Great to be back in Barcleona
We were very lucky to stay a bit longer (5 days) in Barcelona this trip. The apartment was really lovely and quite a bit larger than I expected. The lounge, dinning room (with lots of seating) and open kitchen were perfect. With beautiful windows with Juliette balconies overlooking the street. The bedroom at the back of the apartment was very nice, very quiet, overlooking the backyards of the apartments. The owner, Frederic, met us and was very kind to help us up the stairs with all our luggage. I had hurt my knee just before traveling, and so the stairs was quite a challenge for me. It was so nice to be back in Barcelona, and nice to take the extra time to see some sites that we had never seen before. Thank you so much for your hospitality Frederic. We would definitely stay again, if we have the opportunity.
