In the center of the city, next to Plaza España, in an ideal situation, next to the subway and in front of the Las Arenas shopping center. Surrounded by all kinds of shops. You can walk from the apartment to all the important places that you should not miss.

The Space:
Very sunny apartment with fantastic views, it is located on the fifth floor, with a large terrace and perfect furniture for dining on the terrace or having a glass of wine and resting while enjoying the city. It is a spacious apartment with a corridor and very open common areas, which makes it very comfortable for a large group of people.

It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is decorated with great taste, it is beautiful, cozy and very functional, it has the capacity to accommodate up to 7 guests, in the 3 double rooms that it has, all with TV, large closets, fantastic double beds, sun and plenty of space. There is also a small single room for the seventh person staying in the apartment. The two bathrooms that it has are complete and fully equipped, they are new in design and very beautiful. Both bathrooms are in the common areas of the apartment, so they are available to all guests because they are not inside any room that makes them closer to some guests than to others.

The kitchen is American type, very equipped, with all electrical appliances and very new. It has a large American bar with some beautiful stools that give the apartment a very chic touch. And a round table to work or to enjoy small breakfasts.
The terrace has space to comfortably seat 7 people

APARTMENT RULES
We do not accept groups of young people with individuals under 25 years of age.
The minimum age for the group must be 25 years for all guests staying.
We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as making noise at night.
Failure to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the security deposit.
We are committed to quality tourism.

Guest Access:
At the entrance of the building there is a platform for wheelchairs and people with limited mobility.
If you need to use the platform, you must notify us in advance so that we can prepare a key for you.

The Neighborhood:
El Poble-Sec is a compact district with shady squares and elegant 19th-century architecture. Carrer de Blai is known for its creative tapas bars and lively drinking dens, while the theater strip of busy Paral·lel avenue features old-school playhouses staging musicals and cabaret. Away from the buzz, locals gather in alfresco cafes around charming squares such as Plaça de las Navas and Plaça del Sortidor

Getting Around:
There is a parking lot in front of the accommodation.
The largest shopping center in the city is in front of the apartment.

Plaza España is a few meters from the apartment, all public transport stops are there and you have the best ways to get around the area

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.

WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).

Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.

Amazing Apartment with great customer service
To begin with, the host was terrific and very helpful. I am in a wheelchair and got to the hotel very late, and she was still able to accommodate me and help me gain access to the apartment. Throughout our stay, she was very helpful in telling us how to get around and even gave us extra information as to what places to visit. Not only was her apartment exemplary, but so was her customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone with a small family or just a couple.
