"The lady at the front desk was really nice. The biggest thing for me was on the third floor it smelled of weed and the room did have a damp smell to it. Overall i would stay here again!"

"Motel served it's purpose but that was about it. Beds were hard as rocks, may as well have slept on the floor. Found rat droppings under the beds. Had window AC that barely cooled the 300 sq ft room. Only opted to book due to how close in proximity to De Leon springs to be close enough to make it to the springs before capacity was hit on the 4th of July. If your looking for a comfy likely cleaner stay, this isn't it. "

"Pros: Property is new and everything is very clean and modern. Several dining options and beautiful pool deck. Rooms are bright and spacious. Cons: Took a long time to check in. Long line of people and only one person working the desk. The A/C in the room worked very well but was extremely loud. Had to turn it off so we could hear TV and couldn't hear the sound of the waves on the balcony because of it. Shower has terrible water pressure. "
