"The fact that it is advertised as having a airport shuttle service is an absolute lie. We arrive at 8.50pm and contacted the hotel immediately to arrange a shuttle and they said it would be 15 minutes. We waited outside in the freezing cold and had to phone them 4 times to check when it would arrive. After repeatedly being told it would be 10 more minutes, a taxi turned up and took another family who were also waiting. After 1 1/2 hours waiting we eventually gave up and paid over the odds for another taxi. There is no other way of getting to the hotel apart from a 40 minute walk and this would not be safe in this area , especially when it is dark. "
