Traditional Barbâtre house, renovated in 2020, located in a complex near 4 other gîtes, 500 m from Boucholeurs Beach. Ground floor (access via 1 step): living room/lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with access via the terrace (with 1 queen-size bed, shower room/WC), and on the living room side: 1 bedroom (with 1 queen-size bed that can be separated into 2 single beds and 2 single beds, shower room and separate WC). Wi-Fi. 70 m² enclosed landscaped garden with wooden terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs).
A closed storage shed is available. Access to the beach via the forest, 500 meters away. Fishing and bike rentals are available in Barbâtre, as is a sailing club. Departures for the Ile d'Yeu are 3 km away, and swimming pool is 8 km away.
Bus service: La Roche-sur-Yon is 500 m away. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €100/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €15/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional charge: Tourist tax. Electric heating based on individual meter reading (payable on site).

Please contact the owners 2 hours before your arrival.
