"The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!"

" Thanks for hosting us in this beautiful Villa. We enjoyed a great week in this historical house. Built over 100 years ago it felt like a very authentic Italian experience. The house was recently fully renovated and decorated with top standard modern appliances and beautiful antique furniture and decorations. "Our 2 month journey began here. We stayed 8 days and we hiked between each town. Monterosso makes you feel that you are in a spacious town. We did most of our dinners in the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. The views from the apartment are stunning. This place is a real gem and if available you should book without hesitation. Cristina was amazing help with all of our needs. "This is an excellent holiday property. You climb up to it via hairpin bends so take your time and just let the locals pass you in thier Fiat Pandas. The house is a few hunded metres out of village and such a tranquil spot. I almost dont want to give a god review to stop this place becoming to booked up for my next visit but that would be selfish. "Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. "We really enjoyed our stay up in the hills with great views and very secluded from the world. The dirt track road to the property was a little challenging in our vehicle, so recommend stocking up on supplies to minimise the journeys in and out (or could just be my driving capabilities 😂) this suited us fine! Communications with the owners was great, they were on hand if needed. Also, the owners have delicious honey that you can buy!"

"Our group vacation was to reconnect five lifelong girlfriends. We brought our friends and families together too and the trip was magical. The villa is even more gorgeous in person.
