"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool unweit von Barban. Sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings - wir sind in einen Dorf - krähen die Hähne am Morgen (aber nicht sehr laut hörbar). Wir hatten das Grundstück für uns. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht! Das Weinmuseum im Ort sollte besucht werden (empfehlenswert)."

"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40...

"Wir waren zwei Wochen mit Hund in dem Ferienhaus untergebracht und sind wirklich begeistert gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und der Aufenthalt innen,dank der Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und ihm Wohnzimmer, sehr angenehm. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum und auch der Außenbereich sehr gepflegt. Lediglich die vorbeifahrenden Autos an der nahegelegenen Straße hört man ab und an. Da der Außenbereich aber von einer Mauer umgeben...

"The accommodation is even nicer and more functional than seen in the photos. The owners did their best to make the arrival as easy as possible and they were always available via whatsup. A few days before arrival, they informed us of everything we needed to bring with us. Otherwise, the house has all the necessary cleaners, cloths, basic spices, .... Despite being there in mid-May we were lucky with the weather and spent an unforgettable extended weekend by the heated pool. Thanks again and...

"Property was exactly as we hoped. Beautifully appointed throughout with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Inside and outside holiday living of the highest standard. Very peaceful rural setting which suited us perfectly but makes a car essential. Communication with the owner was great - very helpful and couldn't do enough for us if we needed but left us alone when we didn't need him! Loved it"

"Eine schöne Villa stilvoll eingerichtet mit angenehmen Betten und einem riesen großen Pool. Nur noch ein Whirlpool hat gefehlt und das Internet ist nicht so gut wie gewohnt. Insektengitter an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern wären nicht verkehrt und ein Holzgrill für die Außenküche. Wir waren zu siebt und hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. "
