"The pics of the property are misleading. The rooms are very basic. Dated and sparse. I arrived at 3pm and the room was not ready. I had to wait until 5pm as the cleaners were out. I never saw any cleaners and my room was never freshened for the 4 days. There was also never anyone at the front desk. Never! Had to clean hair out of the drain pipe in order for shower to drain. There was a strong smell of marijuana coming from rooms, even though it was a no smoking property. No soap was provided so...

"Nice property but they cut the 1 foot tall grass the day after we arrived. The place was in good shape, clean but needed some attention to dusting. I found we had about an 8th of an inche of dust on top of our air conditioning unit in our bedroom. The location was great, across the road from the beach. The first 50 feet or so into the water had big stones ober the sand. Up the beach a hundred feet or so didn't. But its not an issue went swimming twice every day. Overall it was a great...

"Arthur was a great host. We were happy to share a two night stay at his Little Eden. Convenient to the Oistons Fish Fry and beautiful beaches. He gave us great recommendations for dining as well. "

"We had a lovely apartment in which we can cook if we choose to, the area is nice and quite and very clean with such lovely people our Host was so kind and very helpful as for the Swimming pool it was great. We will be return for next Christmas"

She provided some fresh food for our arrival, extra towels on request, arranged airport transfers, and was generally very hospitable. The building has 4 suites, the common area as well the patios offer a community feel. Everything was clean and new. "We recently celebrated our 25th anniversary at the Soco Hotel and it was amazing. We had such a great time, it was peaceful and relaxing just what we needed. The guest were mostly older/retired but everyonewas very nice, we are in our mid 40s. If you are looking for a party scene this is not the place. The hotel was in a central location, the room was large with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The beach was rocky, definitely bring water shoes. Chairs and umbrella were provided which was great. There is also a boardwalk that connects the hotel to a lot of local restaurants on the stretch along the ocean. The public beach was only 5 min drive away and free to get in and free parking. If you wanted loungers and an umbrella it was $20 for the day. The receptionist Shaniqua and Ms. Linda at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Ms. Judith our housekeeper that surprised us by decorating our room and was just so kind in making sure we were taken care of. A special thanks to our bartenders Shane and Michelle who were both wonderful and made the best Bajan rum punch ever ank kept the liquor flowing. Thanks to all the hotess/waitresses that served us as well and made us feel special. Cons: Rocky Beach Plus: All meals were made to order and wonderful staff. "

"The entire staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful. Always pleasant and friendly. Property was a good size. Food options were very good. Only downside was the surf was pretty rough for most of the week."
