"We received a warm welcome, early check-in and complimentary upgrades. Bedrooms were a reasonable size with extremely comfortable beds and free bottled water, replenished daily. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, although a larger breakfast room is needed. The Restaurant was lovely with melt in the mouth steaks. Special thanks to Matthew and Jacob. Fab location for sightseeing. "

"The property is very clean and the staff are courteous and professional. My only suggestion is change the toilet paper. The paper is really rough. I needed water to soften it or it will like sandpaper. Also, the in-room courtesy water bottle will be better if one just regular. As a tourist, I am not a fan of carbonated water. The hotel can offer still/regular water. Thank you"

"Excellent location 2 minute walk from Christmas markets in Wolności Square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was very clean and modern and had all necessary amenities for a short trip. We did have trouble working the heating but this was most likely user error and would most likely have been an easy fix had we asked. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. "
