"Very well kept hotel. We had great service. Breakfast provided from hotel was also good. When we needed to leave the hotel we needed to get caribe tour bus. But, for us to enjoy our breakfast , the receptionist offered to go buy our bus tickets. So, we can eat before we go. Very impressive and great service . "

"What a gorgeous property! We slept in a super comfortable tree house that was so peaceful. It was the best night's sleep we have had in years. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant was delicious. We cannot wait to go back!"

"Amazing property, beautiful, nice, and clean, only negative was that there is not AC, other than that I love how clean it was. Another negative, the restaurant has a dish that I ordered for $800 pesos and the lady at the restaurant charged double the price for the tourist, I ended up paying almost $2,000 for the dish and one small beer. Keep an eye on your orders and if possible take a picture of the menu when you order. Or just go eat elsewhere. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this...

"Beautiful location with a lot of space to explore. The villa was marvelous and meticulously decorated. All staff were attentive and gracious. "

"The phone was disconnected, the TV didn't work, there were a lot of locals in the hotel just hanging and drinking . I asked for my phone to be fix and the ignored me. A kid that wasn't staying at the hotel was in the pool and was really aggressive tours my daughter."

"The location is good. The ocean view by the pool is beautiful. Rooms were just okay. Air conditioner didn’t work and there are no screens on the windows so wasps and bugs were coming in forcing us to close them. Towels are small and scratchy and bathroom is very small."

"I dId not like the bed, it was like sleeping in the floor. "

"Electricity kept going out and cable but the cable didn't work the electricity did. Nice clean pool great view. Very hard to find. It is actually in los patos beach not paraíso beach area. Good that breakfast was included nice and filling. "

"This motel should not be available via Hotels.com. 1) they did not have our reservation 2) the noise from pool area literally moved my bed during the night. 3) restaurant closed probably due to holes in roof. All for $88. Ripped off!!"

"Not much really going on in this area. The hotel needs help. The food was pretty decent. Filipe, the hotel manager was so helpful. The hotel was unable to accept cards as payment so that was a bit of a hassle. Had to find an ATM. Not that big of a deal"
