"Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and close to places to eat. Neighbors were friendly. Washer machine did not work but not an issue. Laundry mat close to house. Garage door didn’t work but not an issue."

"This was our second time renting the property with our group of 21 and it, once again, exceeded our expectations. The beach access, the comfortable living spaces, well appointed kitchen, air conditioned sleeping rooms, comfortable beds and cleanliness was all top notch. The property is in a great location and the set up for all the rooms and bathrooms is perfect for a large group. "Great country setting. It was quiet and a great get a way from the city. About 15 minutes from the town center. Awesome view. The place was clean, and comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Has a nice balcony area with grill to enjoy with your friends and family. The host was helpful when I needed information. Great experience. "

"I give it one star because my guests and I did not get a good night's sleep 4 out of the 7 nights we stayed. The first night we discovered the full sized bed box spring support was broken causing it to be noisy. My guests slept uncomfortably on the couch. Two more nights passed until it was repaired. I spent a couple of those nights on the couch while my daughter slept with my wife in the master BR. Just after the full bed was repaired, we had a power outage that tripped the breakers on the...

"This place is beautiful. It’s quiet and in the mountains. The only thing i would say is they need to put some sort of nonslip material on the stairs and maybe more rugs because the surface was super slippery from the water and rain so my kids kept falling. We had a problem with the power but it was fixed right away. The owners were very pleasant and helpful with recommendations with things to do near by."

"The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. I HIGHLY recommend the Frances Marie Bakery down the road for breakfast … or lunch or all day really… pastries are good for you. If you head like 20...

"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"
