"Check in horrible, Sent us to room with 30 degrees celcius. We complained. They moved us to room with air conditioning. Room 3 star type. But thermal baths very excellent. Breakfast average. "

"We arrived late in the evening as the restaurant was closing. Even though the kitchen was closed, the matri'd offered us salad plates that were delicious, filling, and much appreciated. The room was quiet with a nice view. Breakfast was lovely. "

"Letizia on reception was excellent as was Salvatore in the restaurant both delivering an outstanding customer experience, the hotel though sprawling is excellent lots of lifts and a few stairs to navigate but outstanding Thanks we will be back"

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"Never have I had to leave a hotel. We planned to celebrate my birthday at the agriturismo, the day before they emailed to say there was the option to eat by the pool. When we arrived there was no one to greet us, took about 20mins to find someone that worked there. We were then showed to our room. We went to the pool and were asked again if we really wanted to eat in the restaurant as we would be the only ones, all other guests would be eating by the pool. Salvatore’s villa provided everything we wanted. Whilst being away from the central drag it was, nevertheless, accessible and gave us beautiful views.
