"Our second stay in Llança so we were prepared for the hills. The apartment is beautiful - the views over the Med are stunning and the focus point of this modern and comfortable apartment. Imma - the host - was there to greet us and show us around the apartment. She was warm, welcoming and friendly. "We were met by a very friendly lady who was both helpful and engaging throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well supplied for self catering. A nice quiet area of town 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Only negative comment was the pool was not opened until a week after our stay, As you can see by the initial photo this is rather a selling point for the property? perhaps I should have read the small print? "My wife and I had a long term 3 month stay in this great apartment to immerse and enjoy the wonderful Cadaques and surrounds. Both apt and Cadaques lived up to and met all expectations. Apt well equiped and very comfortable, good living spaces, great balconies overlooking an absolutely wonderful view of the amazing Cadaques, a vista forever changing and amazing colours. Also location of apt great, so close for walking to everything, great car parking which is a big bonus and the local host...

"Des l arrivée nous avons été déçus par l appartement, le ménage facturé 80€ n a pas été fais nous avons passé 2h à tout nettoyer (poussière confiture sur les interrupteurs, salle de bain sale, moisissures sur la peinture des toilettes etc…. "The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."

"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
