"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"This is probably the first place I’ve stayed where the publicity photographs are a true representation of the property; it is really as good as it looks. The apartment, when we arrived was spotlessly clean, it’s superbly equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal and the walk down into Collioure is very pleasant, which is just as well as we walked it every day. Don’t drive there, you will never find anywhere to park. "The apartment was very equipped; however a proper bed with a good mattress would have improved. (Vrbo didn't make it clear that there would be no sheets or towels). The owner was very helpful. (Vrbo did not give us the exact address on a very large site!). We would not stay there again due to lack of facilities: no boulangère, no shop for groceries, a charge per day for the swimming pool and odd opening hours for the inadequate restaurant and bar."
