"Absolutely fantastic hotel located right next to the Bansko gondola. The staff are attentive, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. The room (alpine suite) was spacious and clean with an amazing bathroom with its own whirlpool bath and sauna. The spa was great but a bit disappointing that some facilities were not operating due to a technical fault but at least we had a personal sauna in our room. The buffet breakfast was incredible, one of the biggest selections I've ever seen - all fresh and well stocked even towards the end of breakfast service. If you are heading to Bansko then this hotel comes highly recommended. "

"A very nice stay here, very comfortable bed, all new after a recent refurb. Great pools and gym. My only gripe was that the hot breakfast was not hot, in fact quite cold for some items."

"Outside pool water very cold and flies floating on surface. Inside pool smells of people sweat, the bottom of thr pool has dirt/dust residue and no smell of chlorine to indicate if the pool is regularly disinfected or topped up. Sauna is good when working. Breakfast is good, pastries could be fresher rather then packets products. The hotels was very noisy witg kids playing outside till very late in the evening (23:30) with out of control behaviour."

"It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides that it was great!"
