"The hotel is an old castle high up above the valley - how fantastic is that? Wonderful character with plenty to wander around and explore. We would have enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace had the weather been a bit warmer but we enjoyed looking around the hotel and relaxing with a drink in the main central room. There was no bar as such but drinks were available from reception and we had a great meal in the restaurant. Good service throughout our stay."

Would recommend this hotel as a stop over, comfortable bed and nice hot shower."

Marta está atenta del whatsap en todo momento y no nos ha faltado de nada. Está ubicada a menos de 2 minutos del monasterio y tienes la plaza del pueblo nada más salir de casa. "We stayed 2 nights in Covarrubias. We originally planned to use the town as a base to explore the surrounds, but were enchanted by the charm of the town and didn’t leave during our stay. Cafes open around 10am and it’s easy to while away a day slowly exploring the streets, stopping for a coffee, wine or beer at regular intervals and having a lay siesta."
