"This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next "

"A quaint little cottage on a farm. Very well maintained, clean, cozy and comfortable, with every amenity. We had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend, enjoyed the scenery from the outdoor setting, and were greeted by very friendly pup regularly. The setting is beautiful, and we were well looked after!"

"Very clean, comfortable beds, no where to hang clothes in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, only 3 chairs for 4 of us around breakfast table (with 3x queen beds we could have been 6), only 3 towels left for us and couldn’t find any wine glasses. Nice garden setting but lots of weeds throughout. "
