"A family vacation of 12 people for 5 days. The group included participants from the age of 3 to the age of 70. Everyone found their place. We managed to fall in love with this great lake. For us, the ability to kayak and bathe in the lake every day and in addition to hike in the surrounding mountains made the vacation amazing. Stefano, the owner, was attentive, generous, and helped with everything needed. We will definitely visit again. highly recommend."

"We sincerely loved our stay at this property in Baveno! The guest house on their property is spacious and very well equipped. They even welcome you to enjoy their large garden. Angie and Alberto were such wonderful hosts greeting us at check-in with wine and pasta and even allowing us to stay an extra night when one member of our party fell ill. They even offered to order us dinner and take us to the train station! You could not feel more welcome then here!"

"The Villa is everything you always dreamed of when imagining an Italian vacation. It's specious, the garden is amazing, the details and thoughts that were put in the design are noticeable. However, please note that the house keepers are living in the house full time with your group. The pool chlorine level was too high and some family members had a rash. Former guests raised the issue, owner was aware of it and yet the issue wasn't addressed . Checkout time is at 9 AM and not 19 (7pm) as it is...

"We had a lovely, relaxed stay on Lake Orta. Mariagrazia and her agent were very communicative and eased the handover on arrival. The property was spotless and faultless in all respects with ample living space indoors and outdoors, and the kitchen was well stocked... the kayaks and table tennis in the basement were a bonus. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and walking to the local restaurants and bars. Bravo Mariagrazia!"

"The property has a fabulous location and it very well fitted out. However some points which we were unaware of before our stay: only the downstairs bedroom, which I’d class as bedroom 3 had air con, no other part of the property had air con. The road leading to the property is single lane and twisty, encountering a vehicle coming the other way is a real problem. The property next door is being rebuilt , for the first 2 weekdays there was constant building noise, this was dealt with excellently...
