This property comfortably sleeps 6 with a king in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest room and 2 twin beds in the loft. Each room has their own private bath and flat screen TV. The master includes double vanity sinks, a soaking tub and a nice stand up tile shower for those longs days on the slopes. The second bedroom bath includes a shower/tub combo. The loft features a third bathroom with a standup shower. Those traveling with a little one? We have a fold out pack n' play in the second bedroom closet.

**For Winter stays, NC Mountains are prone to winter weather and you are required to have a four wheel drive/AWD vehicle or snow chains to safely drive nearby roads in winter weather.**

Special features include the stone gas log fireplace - perfect for chilly nights- and an outstanding long range mountain view - which is perfect all year round! Master bedroom with a King Bed, Master Bath is very spacious with dual vanities, a soaking tub and a great tiled shower for those long days on the slopes! It is also stocked with central heat & air conditioning (a rare amenity in the mountains)

Cooks will love the open, gourmet kitchen and everyone will love the little personal touches throughout. Arriving late and can't make it to the grocery store until the next day? That is okay, we include some K-cups for your first mornings coffee if needed (Kcup and regular coffee maker included)

Walk to slope convenience (about 250-300 yards to the top of Sugar Slalom trail) is perfect for busy weekends and life at the top of the mountain can't be beaten during the summer! For experienced skiers (in the winter) and bikers/hiking (in the summer) it is a 250-300 yard walk just above the condo. Skiing, Snowboarding, Biking, Hiking and much more right out the front steps! If you have beginners in your sights group, it is a short drive down to the Sugar Mountain lodge in order to access the beginner slopes. Other close by amenities include tennis, golf, hiking, rafting, ATV tours, fly fishing, as well as the newest attraction at Sugar the Alpine Roller Coaster! **For Winter stays, it is required to have a four wheel drive vehicle or snow chains to safely drive nearby roads in winter weather.**

We take great pride in having a clean place for you, and we are very picky with who we choose to clean. They have implemented all important cleaning updates in order to comply with CDC recommendations including disinfecting door knobs, switches, etc after every rental. Take note, property has one security camera both at the front entrance and on the back deck.
