Nice place and great location to slopes
We enjoyed our time here. Would have gotten a 4 star if there were not several minor things that need to be addressed with the unit. The owners got back very quick with any question we had.

Great Stay for an end of Ski Season Family Vacation!!
My family and I had a great one week stay at the Sugarcane Chalet!! Access is a breeze, the owner is very easy to communicate with, beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make a meal, towels are a plenty and the hot tub was hot, clean and ready for us to enjoy! We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for opening your home and hosting us!!

Nice June visit
My wife, her sister and I had a very nice stay at Sugarcane. It being the middle of June, rhododendrons were blooming and we were able to hear numerous birds from the deck. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking at Roan Mountain. Overall it was a nice stay.

I cannot begin to describe what a home like feeling we got with our stay here from the minute we walked in the door!! Hands down the best sleeping beds ever!! The huge TV’s in every single room were awesome! Hot tub was amazing for the whole fam! So close to everything yet secluded with the best views! Decor was beautiful and the hosts were so responsive! Already looking to book our next stay here!

This ski house was the perfect place for us! It has multiple levels which gave the kids a space of their own downstairs and both of the larger rooms had their own bathrooms. The owner checked in often and was very easy to communicate with. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It was a few minutes to drive to Sugar Mountain. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful space, big rooms, very comfortable. Has private hot tub on lower deck. (Initially had a hard time confirming this). Clean, well laid out. Excellent t price. Very close to skiing, tubing and other outdoor activities. A few miles from Banner Elk, cute town with great restaurants.

Great for families
My husband and I brought our 3 kids, my parents, the nanny and her boyfriend and had plenty of room. I didn’t realize when I booked it, there was a hot tub which was nice. Very close to sugar mountain, quiet area. Check in process was very easy and owner was very responsive. There were large roku TVs in all the rooms and some board games as well. Great water pressure and plenty of towels.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view!
This lovely property is spacious, comfortable, well-maintained and fully stocked with everything you expect to find in a condo. It has a gorgeous view of Grandfather Mountain from both balcony's which was unexpected! The parking area is right outside your door, which makes for easy access with luggage, groceries, etc. The owners are easy to contact should you have any issues and will handle anything that may surface quickly and easily. We will definitely stay here again!

Fab time the Sugarcane Chalet
Nice place, super convenient to outdoor activities at Sugar Mountain. Home is spacious, clean and has it's own private hot tub. Only a few miles away is the quaint town of Banner Elk with restaurants and shops. Owners very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Retreat
Our stay was absolutely perfect! Our family of 4 traveled with another family of 4, and there was more than enough space for the 8 of us to spread out and have our own "zones" without being in someone's space. The townhome was very clean and tidy with ample seating for our whole crew; having the kitchen was such a bonus! The townhome was at the end of the complex and that added so much privacy. Parking was easy to maneuver and pull right up to the door for unloading/loading. The townhome is also very close to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, and really anything that we wanted to visit. We did not love Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, so if we were to visit the area again, we would 100000% opt to drive to Beech Mountain, but would still elect this townhome because of its amenities and ease of the stay. The owner's quick response to any question we had made for an even more memorable stay!
