Ski getaway
We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It’s in a great location with great views of the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. We skied at both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain and it’s 30 minutes to Beech and 10 minutes to Sugar Mountain. The unit is cozy, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Comfy Condo with beautiful views
This was our second stay at the condo, it is such a comfy little place with all the things you need. Linda is a delight to work with and we enjoyed our stay there for skiing and touring App State with my son!

Beautiful views and cozy place
The place location and what it offers was beyond my expectations. The place is huge! The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Unfortunately the dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes, the floor was dirty and we found blood stains on the bed sheets.

This is a beautiful location and view! The unit was well equipped to meet all the needs of vacationers. Unfortunately, I found the unit not to be cleaned well and it was quite disgusting to have stained chairs, comforters, and other linens. The sheets in the Master actually smelled, and it was obvious they were not laundered after the last inhabitants. Hair in the tub, on curtains, and bleach stained carpet. Some things were dated, and we don't mind this, but the lack of cleanliness, was the deal breaker for our stay.

Unit not cleaned at check in and power outage next day
Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 6pm, unit had not been cleaned, beds a mess, towels in shower from where last guest had stayed. We booked and were notified less than 24 hours before arrival there would be a power outage for 8 hrs during our stay. We had a refund for that day but were unable to stay in a dirty, uncleaned unit and are requesting a full refund as we had to make other accommodations on last minute notice that were 25 mins away and $150 more than we were planning to spend. Please contact me to issue a full refund

Outdated ski resort. Room has many broken items. No air. States only heat. Advertised laundry in room. The laundry room was looked. Stating pay laundry on our floor. The back bathroom has a foul odor. The window screen on back bedroom would not work. It allowed bugs in . I contacted owner manager she never answered me. The pool was not clean

The communication with the manager was great. Our staying went perfect even though there was a lot of loud noises because there was a crew doing outside maintenance / repairs but it’s not like I spent the entire day in the room neither. The kitchen was equipped with everything, Everything was very clean. I would stay there again. Great location.

Ok
Location was close to Sugar Mountain ski lodge. The place was not clean when we arrived due some miscommunication between the cleaning people and owner. They did come and bring fresh towels and new bedding. Pictures are pretty accurate. Nice pool, 2 hot tubs, and small gym. Parking was inconvenient. Shuttle to ski lodge was timely as well. Ok place for the price.
