- **Check-In Details:** Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM. We are here to assist with any issues until 9 PM, so we recommend checking in before that time for a smooth arrival.
- **Towel Policy:** We provide bath towels, but not pool towels. If you plan to use the resort amenities, please remember to bring your own pool towel.
- **Vehicle Requirements:** In case of inclement weather, an all-wheel drive (AWD) or 4x4 vehicle is required. Snow chains may be necessary during winter conditions.
- **Returned Items Policy:** A $25 fee plus shipping will be applied for any returned items.
