This incredible mountain home will accommodate sixteen guests and is one of the coziest vacation spots on Sugar Mountain. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a stone wood-burning fireplace, and private Wi-Fi. The downstairs bedrooms include a King-sized and Queen-sized bed in one room, The downstairs also features a Full-sized Futon. The upstairs bedrooms include a King-sized bed in one room and three bedrooms with two Twin beds each. The upstairs also features a living room with a full-sized sleeper sofa. Other features of this home include a wrap-around deck, a downstairs sitting area, a beautiful outside patio, and an equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are available inside for you to use. This unit does have outside security cameras to monitor wildlife. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Nice cabin but no central heat/ac
Close to the resort,easy check in but this place has no central heating system.it has radiator heaters all over the place.it had one in our baby room and it was hard to keep up good temperature.when you turn in on it burning hot and hard to breath but if you turn it off it gets cold very quick ..

This place was perfect for our large family. Plenty of sleeping space, 2 living room areas. It was nice having the basement living area for the grandkids to play games when it was raining.

Aside from an 8 inch thick sheet of ice on the driveway, this was a great property. It fit our friends and family well. We would definitely stay there again!

nice big house near Sugar mountain
spacious house in good location, got a bear theme going, well equipped kitchen and large dining table are good for families, lots of sleeping space and convenient for skiing, new appliances, cabin/rustic decor, large level driveway made it possible to get our cars in and out in the snow, negatives include: carpet is getting old and a little musty in the basement, futon in the basement is broken and not suitable for sleeping (so subtract 1 or 2 from the sleeping capacity) hot water only lasts for maybe 2 showers and then takes a really long time to completely heat back up, you should know that technically you are supposed to have 4 wheel drive or chains to get to this property in the snow (we had to abandon our stuck car one night and walk a mile in the snow with our kids and ski boots) but despite these criticisms we had an awesome time!
