Welcome to “The Beech House!” We are a new listing but we are not new to hosting. We have over 12 properties in the area, all with a 4.94 star average rating. We do everything we can for a five-star experience. Feel free to look through our profile and listings to read reviews if you are hesitant to book a new property. The cabin was completely renovated into a modern masterpiece designed with guests in mind and is the perfect mountain getaway to make memories with your friends and family! Just 2 miles from Beech Mountain Ski Resort and all Beech Mountain has to offer!

One of the BEST amenities we offer is access to The Beech Mountain club, a private club with pickleball & tennis courts, fitness center, pool, hot tub sauna, and more! Open year round for our guests to enjoy!

Cabin details:

Once you arrive you can choose to park in the 1-car garage, carport or in the driveway allowing 4-5 vehicles based on vehicle size. The door with entry access is located on the back deck, a short walk up the steps.

The Main floor boasts of modern cabin elegance with 2-story vaulted ceilings, stone gas fireplace, open-concept floor plan, fully-equipped luxury kitchen & dining room with seating for up to 14.

Two Bedrooms on the main floor:

Primary King Suite #1

With an en-suite, private bathroom with a luxury walk in shower (newly renovated). You will sleep incredibly well on the premium hybrid mattress (perfect comfort for all sleeping positions). Plush linens & extra pillows provided. Smart TV, blackout curtains and a small desk for remote work are also provided.

2nd bedroom a Main floor:

Equipped with a queen hybrid mattress, luxury linens, smart TV, blackout curtains and a private bathroom.

Gourmet Kitchen:

Luxurious, large, fully-renovated kitchen equipped with every amenity guests could need to prepare gourmet meals or quick meals in between activities. Brand new appliances & coffee bar offering free specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, Keurig, electric kettle.

Dining Room:

The main dining room table seats 6. The island seats 5, and the kitchen bistro table seats 2.

Living Room:

Professionally designed, modern rustic, open concept, 2- story with vaulted ceilings. The extra large sectional seats up to 9 for plenty to gather. Enjoy the stone, gas fireplace and cuddle up with extra throw blankets for movie night on the living room smart TV.


Top Floor & Loft:

2nd King Master Suite equipped with private, luxury bathroom, king-size bed, and trundle day bed with two twin beds.

Bunk room - kids play room sleep up to 5 between three twin beds and a full bed. Equipped with a tee-pee tent, smart tv, toys and more to keep the youngsters entertained!

Basement:

Just down the stairs and to the left you will find the spacious game room & 2nd living room. The room is enclosed with two doors that close keep noise to a minimum. There is a full bathroom near the full-sized wet bar with bar top seating. Memories will be made here!

Queen & Bunk Bedroom:

The bedroom shares direct access to the full bathroom that leads to the game room. Walk in luxury shower, all towels and toiletries supplied.

This room offers a queen bed and bunk bed with two twin mattress. There is a small desk for remote work or to do make up. Also equipped with smart TV and a door leading to the yard.


Backyard Amenities:

1. Hot tub on large deck outside tue main floor fitting up to 6 adults

2. Wood burning fire-pit with plenty of Adirondack seating around an additional small, wood-burning fire-pit.

3. Outdoor dining table and Adirondack chairs, all on oversized deck just outside main floor great room.


Additional Amenities Included:

• All bed linens, towels, hand-towels for bathrooms & kitchen
• Household supplies from laundry & dish detergent, trashbags, 2 rolls of paper towels, & 10 rolls of toilet paper. For long stays you may want to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper.
• Throw Blankets & plenty of games for the family or friends
• Full-size washer and dryer

Guests have full access to the cabin, hot tub, fire pit and private yard and driveway.

We are not onsite but have a local property manager, cleaners and handymen to assist when needed. We have three hosts on the listing so we can respond quickly to any guest needs.

Drive way has a steep incline so 4WD / AWD is recommended in winter months.

There is a one car garage, carport and driveway that can easily fit 4 vehicles, maybe more depending on vehicle sizes.
By using the hot tub, I acknowledge the risks involved, including but not limited to drowning, heat-related illness, chemical burns, and injury. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages and release The homeowner and their associates from all liability. I confirm that the area is safe, and if I feel otherwise, I will leave immediately. I understand the hot tub is not suitable for pregnant women, children, or those with medical conditions without consulting a physician. Use is limited to 15 minutes at a time, and alcohol/drug use is prohibited. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided, including maintaining cleanliness and properly closing the cover after use. I waive all rights to legal claims for injuries or property damage and understand this agreement remains in effect during all future uses of the hot tub. I agree to be liable for any damages caused by negligence or recklessness and to cover any related costs.
