5 stars! My friends and I loved our stay at this listing. Right on the middle of town, perfect location for our ski trip to Sugar and Beech. Would be happy to return here some day!

Perfect location
The property is perfectly tucked right on main street but up the hill and away from traffic. We walked to dinner, drinks and fun. Just a short drive for skiing. Very comfortable and quiet.

Perfect Location
This is a great location if you are interested in spending time in Banner Elk and is a very short walk to the restaurants. I was worried about this being a condo area but it was very peaceful and everyone we encountered was kind. Look forward to spending more weekends there.

Great for families, perfect location
Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay. This is walking distance from everything you need! The townhome itself was very well equipped, and had everything we needed as a family with four children. Very roomy, nice beds, everything was great!

Great location downtown and able to walk to restaurants which makes it so convenient! Very comfortable and roomy townhome. Thought of everything….extra toiletries, throw blankets and kitchen items! Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again!!

Family snow trip
Visited Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain and chose this home for its size and location. Easy to get around to either Mountain and w/in walking distance to a popular cafe/bar. Owner was quick to respond to any questions/requests. Lodging was spacious and very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home
Beautiful, clean, spacious home. Great location and easy check in. The house was well stocked with paper goods. Owner is very responsive and helpful. My only minor complaint is that both the king and queen mattresses were very soft/squishy.

Great Stay - Perfect Location
The townhome is directly in Banner Elk which makes it super easy to walk to all of the restaurants and entertainment. That is key since there is no uber in Banner Elk. The house was in great shape and the internet worked really well. Dana also left a nice welcome basket. Loved our stay.

Home Away From Home
At the end of the day we couldn't wait to get back to our home away from home. We enjoyed the fireplace so much. All the beds were comfy and we had enough linens for everyone. We will be back next year!

We were pleasantly surprised by the thought of the homeowner in their preparation for travelers. We found the home to be comfortable and in a great location for sightseeing in Banner Elk, Beach Mt., Sugar Mt., Grandfather Mt., Boone, and Blowing Rock.

Loved our time Banner Elk
We had the perfect time at this home in Banner Elk. It was spacious, beautiful, very clean, and had easy access to town. We never had to drive and try to find parking when we went to dinner in the evenings. We could walk into town in less than 5 minutes. We will certainly stay here again if given the opportunity.

Wonderful spot in Banner Elk
This is a lovely unit right in the heart of Banner Elk. Very spacious. Walking distance to all of the little restaurants in town and right on the edge of Lees McRae college. Five minute drive to hiking, skiing - all four seasons of activity in this town. Also very close to Mill Pond which is so relaxing. The owner was super responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun Ski Weekend
My group had fun weekend! The place fit us all nicely and it was easy to locate Beech Mtn Ski resort. When it snows A LOT like it did when we visited, make sure you have 4WD and/or tire chains! The roads in the area can be a little steep and not super easy to navigate. Overall, Banner Elk is a cute area with restaurants and shops.

Just Perfect!
Our vacation was spectacular. This property was excellent located near downtown Banner Elk. It has all the amenities you need. super clean, spacious, comfortable and close to everything. I would not hesitate to stay here the next time I come. Dana is excellent, always attentive to any information you need. Thank you, it was truly a pleasure staying at her property.

We were in Banner Elk to observe the Fall leaves. Loved the townhouse. Felt like home away from home. Convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed the special treat basket. The family pet enjoyed her treat basket as well. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful stay!
What a great place! We visited with two families (with 5 children) and had a great time. There were thoughtful additions throughout the home that made the stay extra comfortable- snacks, multiple coffee makers, warm blanket baskets. The location is lovely, we were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and arcade in downtown Banner Elk. It's also 20 min from Hawksnest and 10 min to Beech mountain, so convenient. The 2 car garage is nice too. Definitely will try to be back again!

This property was fantastic! The property manager, Dana, was very responsive and super helpful! The location is perfect- easy drive to Grandfather Mountain, Hawks Nest for tubing and Sugar Mountain. It was also an easy, short walk to downtown Banner Elk for meals. The property was very comfortable and cozy and CLEAN! Plenty of room for 5 and could have easily fit more. Loved the garage which kept our cars warm and free and from snow We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Banner Elk!

Amazing location!
This awesome townhouse was perfect! It is 1 block from everything in downtown Banner Elk. So once we parked our cars in the garage (bonus), we didn't have to move them to enjoy downtown. The owner, Dana, couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. She even had a Christmas Tree and other decorations up for us. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There were snacks and waters available too. The fireplace was just what we needed since it was super cold and snowy outside. The living room was perfect for the 4 of us to watch football and play games. You can't go wrong by staying here!! Thank you Dana!

Perfect house for Banner Elk!
This house is the perfect house for a Banner Elk visit! We love to visit the Banner Elk area and have multiple times over the years. This place was the best we have ever stayed at. The kids said they want to keep coming back to this house every time! Easy, quick walking distance to downtown, which was perfect for our stay bc we attended the Woolly Worm festival. Banner Elk parking can be hard to find at times, so being able to park at the residence and make a short walk is so convenient. Downtown has several nice restaurants, fantastic ice cream shop, outdoor hangout area with fire pits and stage, arcade, adorable pet supplies store, etc. Sometimes you will even catch an artist painting live downtown. Again, all within easy walking distance from residence! The place is even larger than it appears on the website. In the bunk bed room - each bunk bed has a top, bottom, and trundle! So 6 twin beds total - and the kids said their beds were super comfy. The adult beds were also very comfy. The master bedroom is HUGE and could definitely hold a queen blowup bed if additional space was needed. Owner very responsive both day and night! Very clean and extra effort out into making sure the home is perfect for their guests. Checkin and checkout were a breeze! Cannot say enough nice things about this place!
