Not ready for business
This hotel is still under construction, they should not be accepting guests. From 7 am, they are making loud noises working on the room opposite of me & all over. The pool was closed. The fitness room was a 20 year old cycle & bench. Does not qualify as a fitness center. Far from everything, & the couple that does security & house cleaning do not speak English.

หลอกลวง ห้องไม่มีอยู่จริงเมื่อเข้าพัก อย่าจอง!!
จองห้องผ่านเวปเอ็กพีเดียโดยใช้บัตรเครดิต แต่เมื่อเข้าพักกลับพบว่าเป็นคอนโดสำหรับให้เช่าหรือซื้อ แต่ไม่มีห้องสำหรับให้เข้าพัก โดย รปภ.บอกว่าห้องไม่ได้ขายทางเนตมานานแล้ว และเรียกคนดูแลซึ่งอยู่บนตึกลงมายืนยันว่าไม่มี แต่มาปล่อยไก่ตรงที่ว่าให้ลูกค้าจ่ายเป็นเงินสดจะมีห้องให้พักทันที หมายความว่าอย่างไรแบบนี้??? ขณะนั้นเป็นเวลากลางคืน นอกทำการของคอลเซนเตอร์แล้ว ไม่สามารถจะแก้ไขอะไรได้แล้ว สรุปว่า ต้องเสียเงินที่ตัดบัตรไปฟรีๆ แถมเป็นการจองสองคืนซ้อนด้วย ทางเจ้าของห้องปฏิเสธที่จะรับผิดชอบใดๆ ปล่อยให้เป็นเวรเป็นกรรมของลูกค้าที่โง่ไปจองในเวปเอง ดีที่เราเป็นคนไทยและพอมีเงินในกระเป๋าเหลือบ้างในการหาที่พักแบบชั่วคราวในคืนนั้น ถ้าหากเป็นชาวต่างชาติที่หวังจะมาพักผ่อนเพราะเห็นรูปห้องพักและตัวอาคารใหญ่โตจะเป็นอย่างไร??? สรุปอีกครั้ง...โปรดอย่าจองที่พักแห่งนี้ เพราะห้องไม่มีอยู่จริง หลอกหลวง ไม่รับผิดชอบ
