The fitness centre was very good with a wide variety of equipment. We stayed in a “family room” which was a 1 bedroom apartment with in suite laundry, great for travelling with kids. The staff were wonderful. So glad we stayed here. "

The staff are extraordinary, fluently speaking English, and anxious to help their guests. We stayed on the 32nd floor in a double deluxe room, which had an in-room laundry. We will stay here the next time we visit Bangkok"
