"This property exceeded all of my expectations. It's so close to a subway station and close to plenty of food places and shops. Loved the decor of the hotel. There is a GS25 connected to the hotel which is so convenient! Staff are friendly and so helpful. They helped a friend and myself out with a slight issue and they did it with no hesitation. Looking forward to staying here again :) "

"I stayed 2 nights in the Junior Pool Suite Double Room at Hotel Susung, with a beautiful view of Suseong Lake. The room was spacious, had a jacuzzi, and included a bidet in the bathroom. The rooftop pool offered a stunning panoramic view, and the breakfast buffet was delicious."

The hotel itself had a luxurious interior, was peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. I don't play Gamble but they have it and the food was absolutely delicious of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again if I get the chance."

"Fabulous experience! Easy walking distance from two subway stops. Amazing breakfast buffet—one of the better I’ve seen. Friendly and professional staff. Big room with a bidet and spa tub. In a good neighborhood with shopping and dining all around. Definitely would stay again. "
