"We had an amazing time at chatrium riverside . The hotel is beautiful and well kept . The family room is beautiful and very spacious and great views . The staff is the best , very attentive! Wonderful with children . We met Manfred the general manager and he was exceptionally friendly, but we very helpful and we felt very welcomed and appreciated the fact that he was very warm and attentive. Simon in concierge was also helpful in communicating with the airport when we had an issue with our luggage. All in all we absolutely love the hotel! The location on the river, the ambiance, the food, the best staff,the room, the pool! It's just really all these factors that make a great hotell.
