"The hotel is superb and provided an end to end experience that checked all the boxes. From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the large lobby which is the most comfortable and peaceful I've seen, worldwide. The front desk staff are exceptional and have brilliant customer service skills. For a high volume hotel with often demanding guests they deserve accolades. The rooms are spotless and well designed, modern comforts and amenities that are integrated and seemingly everywhere only add the the relaxation. Another standout is the hotel's gym, the best I've seen at a hotel in Bangkok. Based on this alone the hotel is worth staying in. Finally, I want to thank all the hotel staff for their collaboration, I highly recommend staying here it has everything I needed or wanted."

"Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little bit old and far from the city but very clean. Suitable for families with younger children. Hotel has a functional gym and restaurant. Washing machine available for a fee of 30baht, dryer 10 baht per cycle. You may need multiple cycles for your cloths to dry. We booked two 2-bedroom apartments and the hotel staff were flexible with placing the rooms close enough to each other. The rooms we stayed in had no cooktops but we had microwave ovens. Walking distance from a big 7Eleven and another store. We had a generally pleasant experience."
