"The adress of the hotel are rong, we recif from hotel.com We call them, at 21 05 end ask the right address. 20min later, we arrive en read check in too 21oo. We call again, the rooms are open, street side end not beach view, what I'm reservation end paid. We life why are to laud about traffic Price offer at the place, with publication, 40% of the price from hotel.com "

"Nice hotel, needs a bit of upkeep. Pool area was very nice and taken care of. Cottages had many small openings around the windows for mosquitos and critters to enter the room- recommend you take a roll of packing tape or similar to seal holes. Breakfast was adequate at best, we felt like eating out instead."

"A quiet location right on the beach. The bungalow was spacious and just what we needed for our family of four. The kitchen had a microwave and stove so could boil water/cook. We hired a car so we could get around the Island and loved returning to our peaceful location. "

"Amazing value for money! We went in February 2018. Travelled around and came back again to stay there for another night. Across the road from some amazing cafes, bars and restaurants. Quiet area perfect for relaxing! "

Seul bémol : le matelas est un peu dur...mais à ce prix là, on ne va pas se plaindre! Le personnel est très agréable, possibilité de louer un scooter à 200 baths la journée. "Facilities old, in need of updating and repair. Beach access decrepit, dangerous. Beach bar in very poor repair, breaking down. Poor, inadequate, forgetful service. Spider, centipedes, mosquitoes in room. Poor towel service. Adequate food. Poor coffee. Poor service follow-through - never received order I placed for kalamae. Not deserving of posted four stars - a one star facility - not recommended"

"Amazing! Super generepus hotel with everything high end in the rooms. Location is perfect the food and the vibes too! The gym is small but super high end machines and it is open 24/7. The spa is great and the in house shop too! Nikki beach never disappoint in any country! I would def return! LOVE it!"

"Our stay at this resort in Koh Samui was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service and amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warmth and dedication made all the difference in our experience. All the services were top-notch, from the fantastic breakfast to the stunning pool and breathtaking views. The resort is nestled up in the mountains, making it a peaceful retreat, but getting in and out requires either renting a motorbike or calling a Grab. The climb up and down is quite steep, though the resort provides golf cart pickups, which helps a lot. A special mention to the team for their incredible support when we had a motorbike accident—they were beyond helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our extended stay. Their kindness and care during a stressful time meant so much to us. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding service, a serene atmosphere, and a team that truly cares, this resort is a perfect choice!"
