"Very traditional, beautifully preserved wooden building, with all the charm you need. Shared living room upstairs with the open view on the river, couple of tables and comfortable seats. Downstairs patio going straight onto the river, where you can have morning drink, observing boats going around. Shared bathrooms weren't a problem, as there is not too many rooms. Boat away from the city centre and short walk to the train station."

"Considering the extremely reasonable price this place cannot be beat. Many people suggest staying at a hotel attached to Don Meung Airport, but you would miss the lovely community with it's own Night Bizzaar, Buddhist Temple and lively street community. Treated very well here at Suthep Home and Hostel. This is a return and I will be back."

"After a long stay in Thailand it was nice to stay somewhere that felt like home. Great place. Only would be nice to be able to cook even outside as we had a portable cooker & diet is limited. Every thing else was wonderful thank you."

"The rooms are beautiful, beds are amazingly comfortable and the owner, Gift, is super sweet and makes amazing Thai Lemonade! The homestay is close to all the main sights! I would stay here again ina heart beat! "

"Fantastic service, beautiful environment and such a well put together property. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The homemade breakfast, adorable property cats, and Thai massage were highlights. "

"Beautiful, simple room overlooking the river. Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry. The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent. Overall, for the price and location, it's a great stay. "

"Wonderful homestay in peaceful setting We booked two bamboo huts at Cast Away for our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hospitality from Panit and his parents was very special. You can see that the family really care about their guests. Three home cooked meals were provided as part of the (inexpensive) room rate, and the food was simply outstanding! So much delicious Thai food! We felt very welcome. We wish we stayed longer, and next time we will. It was fun to hire cycles and explore...

"Stayed here during twice’s concert. Walking distance to impact arena. Towels and mineral water were provided by the owner. Room was clean and adequate. There were many food stalls and cosmic bazaar located just opposite the building. Overall check-in and check-out process went smoothly. "
