"Amazing staff. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the pool was a favorite for my toddler. Lots of activities for the little one. Quiet and far from the busy city but a 20 min grab taxi ride gets you to markets and mall. "

"Top notch customer service. Staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you. Facility is beautiful. They also provide my elderly mother with a wheelchair. The staff also set up the bathroom with a shower chair and anti-slip mat. Definitely a handicapped friendly property. Breakfast is awesome with both Thai and western option. The Thai food station changes every day as well and it is cooked fresh for you."

"The staff were friendly and dealt with issues. Room and pool were very nice. We had a problem with our room’s wifi and were eventually given another room. There were some bad smells in parts of the hotel. No towels or mats in the gym. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located. The buffet had lots of selection but unfortunately a lot of the hot food was cold. "

"If you have transportation, the value for the money is unbeatable. Breakfasts++, Pool++ The only gripes are small: the aircon was difficult to dial in to a comfortable temperature and the shower door was sticky and did not close all the way. Small gripes - we didn't even report them I would recommend Cera to anyone visiting the Cha-am area. "

"This is a lovely boutique hotel adorned with antique toy memorabilia. The restaurant offers a fantastic setting on the canal that’s full of wildlife. The property itself is surrounded by coconut farms. It’s a short drive to several floating markets, the train market and temples. The pool is quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. "I really wanted to enjoy the entirety of my stay - I loved the staff, they provided great service with smiles, I enjoyed talking with the maids and front desk attendants, breakfast was delicious, I had privacy, the area was walkable for food options, and the apartment was mostly comfortable (the bars play music until at least 11:30pm every night, which was fine for me, but not for everyone).
