The Conners is a former fisherman’s cottage located in the historic fishing village of Gardenstown in Aberdeenshire.
Built over 100 years ago, the cottage offers charm and character. In 2018, it was sympathetically renovated by an award-winning architect to incorporate modern day facilities, creating a warm and cosy coastal retreat.
Two double bedrooms upstairs in the property offer accommodation for 4 guests, with one double bed, and one small double bed, and ample storage. The master bedroom offers fantastic views across the waterfront to the beach.
A full height walk-in shower is located in the bathroom.
A modern and fully fitted kitchen provides space for cooking, with a dining area to relax and enjoy your locally sourced cuisine.
The inviting and comfortable living area includes a wood burning stove. There is something special about lighting the fire and enjoying the cosy surroundings on a crisp winter’s day, or as the waves crash on the shoreline outside.
WiFi and a television ensure you remain connected to the world, but just feet from the cottage is the Moray Firth Coast, which offers an outdoor escape across sandy beaches and rugged headlands, abundant with wildlife including dolphins, seals, whales and an array of birdlife.
Should you need a little more space for your coastal getaway, we do have another property in the village, High Green Hall, which sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, making it ideal for get togethers with extended family or groups of friends.
