The Space:
The top floor features an unique apartment-style unit with it's own living room, bathroom and kitchenette.
On the third floor there are 6 bedrooms, 2 with small sinks as well as four full bathrooms and a reading nook.
The main floor has a spectacular living room area with a small bar and TV, dining room for 16 people and enormous chef's kitchen. There are also laundry facilities and a games room with TV/game consoles as well as a foosball table, dart board and arcade.
The basement, which has a separate entrance and is only accessed from the outside of the house, features 3 rooms all with full bathrooms and small living spaces. Ceilings are low in the hallway, but the rooms are all regular sized.
The large outdoor deck is great for BBQ-ing or just relaxing in the sun.

House is located in a residential neighbourhood, 3 blocks off Banff Ave.
Other Things to Note:
-That there is an on-site manager (who guests will never see and is in a separate section of the property, but the Town mandates that we have one)
-That we have cameras at the front door and on the balcony
-Noise sensors inside and outside
-Anyone having a party will be ejected immediately by our company security, with no refund
-No noise on the deck after 10pm
-Keep windows closed at night if any loud activity is happening indoors
