This is the perfect opportunity to bring the family, and explore the iconic Banff and the great outdoors!
Conveniently located just off the highway, close to shopping, and right behind the property, are many hiking trails by Tunnel Mountain at this condo, at the Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

This 637 sqft, 2 Bedroom condo, can fit up to 6 people max.
Featuring:
2 bedrooms: each with1 queen bed
Double pull out sofa bed in the living room, bedding supplied
Full kitchen, which includes a stovetop, a microwave, dishwasher, with cooking ware and utensils.
Bathrooms, 1 full, and 1 half

Free shuttle into and from town, runs once each morning, several times in the afternoon.

This condo is NOT handicapped accessible, as the 2 bedroom condo is on the second level, and is only accessible by stairs. There are also stairs inside to get to the bedroom unit.

The resort will charge a $100 security deposit fee upon check in payable either by credit card imprint or cash.

This unit is pet-friendly, you can bring up to 2 small dogs, if wished for an additional cost. .
If you need an allergy free room, it will be based on availability.

One partial clean is provided mid week.
Any additional cleaning charges are $100 per additional clean, plus taxes and will be charged by the front desk.
The 6 people max, includes babies and children.
24 hr staff at front desk.
Coin laundry on site.
Smoke Free -$250 mandatory fine.
