"Lovely condo with a lovely view of the lake. The unit was super clean and bigger than I expected. Loved the board game selection. Used the grill multiple times, the balcony was great. FYI the marina doesn't start renting boats until May 1st. Green Tomato Grill was super duper tasty. Spent a rainy day at the nearby College Square Mall. For a scenic spot check out Elrod Falls. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This was our 3rd time staying at Deer Ridge. I miss the friendly, helpful faces at the front desk. It looks like some of the condos have been taken over and they are redoing and updating them. Our friends condo looked like the door had been busted in and a real pair attempted. They had difficulty opening their door and being able to use all of the locks. "The views from the condo were amazing. The condo itself was dated, not very clean. Did not have clean sheets, some unknown stains on furniture, the bathroom was not in the greatest shape. Need to be updated. Overall it was very quiet, peaceful just wasn't the happiest with the condition of the condo"

"The property matched the pictures exactly. Our short weekend stay was good, all except how very dirty the condo was when we arrived. I hope the host fee I pay doesn't all go towards house keeping because it isn't getting done thoroughly. When we got inside the condo, you could tell the floor was halfway swept.
