the receptionist is helpful, the food is so so but the service is fast. definitely on the more expensive side of hotel price in bandung, but the location is quite good if you're looking to go to dago and its suroundings

Bandung is using powerpoint with 2 holes only.
Room is clean, bed is comfortable, water heater and air-con is working fine. Tv channels has many selection but i am not able to switch off the indonesia auto audio translating which come after english, all function has been search and change to english only but to no avail. Receptionist staff who works on working hour have a good attitude than midnight staff. The room powerpoint is different with Singapore. It has only 2 holes. When contact receptionist, i was told that they ran out of the converter as many guests have borrowed first. I would like to compliment security guard for their good service and attitude. Overall, i still like this hotel.

Pleasant and enjoyable stay.
It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. All the staff were very jovial. Breakfast was not very good though. Should have some pastries. Not everybody eats beef so there should be less beef. Only beef sausages were available.

Great hotel with good food around
The place is pretty near the airport as it takes about 20-25mins (incl traffic). There is loads of good and cheap food around the hotel. The exterior of the hotel looks clean and new. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and decent with proper amenities. The breakfast spread was reasonable and the food was pretty nice.

Best Hotel with affordable price
This is the first time I stayed in Neo Hotel Dipatiukur. Base on the review, they recommend this hotel. So I booked Neo for my 4 days honeymoon. It has very nice and clean room and bathroom. They also provide delicious food for breakfast. I will book at Neo for another trip to Bandung. Thank you!

Great and pleasant stay. Hotel located at a convenient area with many foods nearby. Clean and comfortable room. Hotel staff performance are great. There are 2 things to improve. 1st: Few Car Park available for guest 2nd: Breakfast varieties

Newish hotel with basic amenities. No hairdryer, hand towel, washcloth, or robe. Was disconcerted by the walls painted with pin-up girls and even more distressed to find the reception desk girls dressed in white wigs to match the wall decor! Overall, a sleazy look and feel. Poor breakfast buffet. Definitely no more than 2'5 to 3 star max. Very disappointing.
