"This accommodation was a large heritage home made into nice sized apartments. This apartment had a nice sized kitchen with all amenities. Coffee and treats were left for us . The bedroom was simple but the bed was very comfortable. A white noise machine was in the bedroom if needed. We spent a few evenings watching a movie and felt very safe. Parking was provided for us in the back of building. Highly recommend the beautiful Japanese garden and Shores Acre!! Then we went to Newport and watched...

"We came to the property for a quick overnight as we traveled back to California. It was comfortable, and because we love baths, we appreciated the water pressure and the heat in the new bath/shower combo. The rating for this unit was exceptional. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations of an exceptional rating. It was very basic and in need of a few upgrades. Thank you) "

"Furniture finishes old and worn. Bed and furnishings were comfy. People in the big house were very noisy the first night after 10 until about 1130, laughing and talking outside the windows. Well stocked kitchenette to fix and warm up easy meals. Was irritated that we were required to clean up and dump our own garbage cans. Isn’t that was the cleaning service does? "

"Great home and very clean. Great communication w/ property owner. Had to extend our stay because of airport closing due to weather in Eugene. We were on the bottom level so when guest were in the up stairs unit it was a bit loud. (perfect when no one was renting out the upper part) "

"This is an older property that has been chopped up into various apartments. Layout is a little crazy in that you enter from the rear into a bedroom. The two bedrooms adjoin and one can only be entered by going through the bathroom or the other bedroom. We only stayed one night and did not use the kitchen but the layout there also seemed dysfunctional."
