"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. "Incredible hotel! Staff were amazing and I would particularly note how amazing the two onsite restaurants are! The only area which could be slightly improved are the buffet breakfasts as the western options weren’t the best in terms of how they were cooked (the eggs for example). This wasn’t enough to move it down from 5 stars however given almost everything else was perfect! I would also mention the cocktails which were amazing!"
