Beautiful T2 apartment completely renovated with small sea view and balcony of 6 m2 not overlooked. The apartment faces south / east, in the heart of a very quiet residence with swimming pools and caretaker. It includes a living room with fitted kitchen area and living room with a pull-out bed (two 90 cm beds), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a shower room / wc. It is located only 15 minutes walk from the center of Bandol and 12 minutes from the beach.

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement pas éloignédu centre vilke de Bandol. . Nous avons apprécié la tres gentille attention de la propriétaire ( friandises provençales ). De plus, elle a fourni des protections jetables pour le matelas et les les carrés. Tres judicieux de sa part. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Sehr hübsches und ruhiges Apartment
Die Wohnung ist auf dem Hügel gelegen in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist absolut alles in dem Apartment vorhanden, was man benötigt. Genial. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zum nächsten Strand sind es 12 Minuten zu Fuss über einen steilen Pfad. Nicht geeignet für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Da benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto. Einziger Minuspunkt der den schönen Aufenthalt etwas verdorben hat: Leider war bei zur vereinbarten Ankunftszeit niemand da. Ich hatte über 45 Minuten vorher per WhatsApp einen Nachricht geschickt und den Live-Standort begonnen zu teilen. Habe nach der Ankunft 1 1/ 2 Stunden vor der Wohnanlage gewartet und keine Antwort bekommen. Erst sehr viel später kam die Hausdame um mich einzulassen. Beim Check-Out war sie dafür umso pünktlicher und war etwas konsterniert, als wir noch um 10 Minuten mehr Zeit gebeten haben, da wir wegen dem Regen in der Nacht das Auto erst später packen konnten. Trotzdem kann ich das Apartment unbedingt empfehlen!!!

Résidence calme, agréable, avec piscine. Appart bien exposé (petit bémol, pas assez de rangements dans la cuine). Accès à la mer, être un peu sportif. Sinon, nous avons été reçu, par une personne très gentille.

Très joli appartement, fonctionnel et bien situé. Bonne exposition pour l été. La piscine est un plus... Nous nous sommes beaucoup plu et si nous revenons à Bandol, nous choisirons ce studio à coup sûr... Nous avons également été très bien reçu par le gardien. Belle expérience

Bonne location
Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il contient tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonne vacances. Seul petit soucis : le chemin d'accès à la plage qui n'est pas facile d'accès, et qui est assez compliqué à remonter. De plus lorsque le portillon est fermé cela oblige à faire un détour assez long. Sinon rien à dire.

Propriété au calme, piscine dans la copropriété très agréable. Accessibilité en 10 minutes au centre par un petit sentier . Des randonnées avec superbes vues sont à portée de main ou de pieds....

Appartement idéal pour se reposer. Très propre. Chambre vue sur piscine, balcon vu sur mer très agréable. Communication au top. Un peu de marche pour rejoindre le centre ville mais on y gagne en tranquillité par rapport au bruit des rues principales. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés !
