"Stay was good, but this is not a traditional hotel. This is a ryokan-style room with kitchen and table. Two beds were raised, and two were futons, like mattress pads on the tatami. (Mind you, they were not uncomfortable, they are just not the 'norm' if you're coming from US.) If you're planning on cooking, this would be a good place. The breakfast offered is toast and coffee, which you would need to make in your room. The location is a little out of the way, but not too bad. "

Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. "The communication from this property was excellent. Easy to find and secure. We stayed in the family room with the stairs to an upper bedroom. Both my kids were terrified of climbing the stairs as they were very steep but the bathroom was upstairs. After a day or so they got used to it but I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason.
