"Hyari and the fitness managers were great. The food was excellent as well as all of the food management staff. The pool and scenery was excellent. Only problem was that there was a glitch in expedia booking causing me to double book. Even though the hotel was informed in advance and contacted my Expedia to change this they refused to refund. That is dirty and the truly don't need the money that bad to do something like that."
