"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "The hotel was quiet with only 8 rooms booked. So we could enjoy the onsen almost all by ourselves. Food is tasty and healthy - authentic and healthy with local vegetables and ingredients. Highly recommended for those who would like to have a relaxing onsen holiday and taste of true local food"

"We really liked the ping pong table and the karaoke room. We were also able to use the dining room that had a microwave and other utensils. One problem was the phone number that we were given as the hotel's phone number was incorrect. We could not find the address with the GPS, so the hotel was a little hard to find."
