Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Daniela and Gianfranco are very welcoming hosts. I will fondly reminisce about the wonderful time I had at the Xiprer house during my dull and grim winter!"

"Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Haus war relativ sauber und es befand sich in fast jedem Zimmer ein Ventilator um zu kühlen. Die erwähnt Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, aber nur im oberen Stock, denn das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke und nur das obere kann mit der Klimaanlage gekühlt werden, für das untere Stockwerk müssen die Ventilatoren hinreichen. Die angekündigten Obstbäume im Beschrieb des Hauses existieren zwar, waren aber als wir dort waren alle...

"This was such a wonderful place to stay... Tucked in a beautiful countryside, within an Olive Grove, but just minutes outside of the City limits. Our Host, Nicola was incredible!!! Most excellent directions to accurately find our lodging, and he was so warm and inviting... lots of suggestions and recommendations that were spot on!! The pool and grounds were gorgeous!! Such a relaxing place for our vacation!"

"Wir hatten das Haus eigentlich für zwei Wochen gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Das Haus wurde uns dreckig übergeben wofür wir auch noch 50€ Reinigungsgebühr bezahlen mussten. Wir sind mit 6 Personen angereist und es waren nur 5 Stühle vorhanden wovon auch noch zwei kaputt waren!!!
