"Staff were friendly, breakfast was good albeit limited selection. As another reviewer stated which we can confirm, bed sheets are not changed on a daily basis. Have to specifically ask when they clean up the room. Location of the hotel while further away from the downtown area worked out for our needs as we had access to a car to get around. 2nd time we’ve stayed in this hotel over the years and not many guests. "

"I’ve stayed here four times and have been pleased with each stay. The price is a good deal. It has good WiFi, clean rooms with comfortable beds. There are security cameras monitoring the hallways and rooms have a balcony. It is located down a very quiet soi which makes it very peaceful at night. There is a small shop across the street that sells snacks and drinks. Each room has a refrigerator and the shower has good hot water. "Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly, only stayed one night but all good. It has a water park next door which was completely empty but you get a free pass. They brought breakfast to my room, which was unexpected but appreciated. Would recommend if you're passing Nonghan and want a cool off at the water park. "

"Notre bungalow était très bien, bonne grandeur et très propre. La température de la douche variait constamment ce qui était très désagréable très froid jusqu’à brûlante!!! "It looks better than it is. It’s not dirty, but ended up with bites down legs. It is a bit out of the way. Difficult conversing with staff ( no English) especially when checking out came. Paid expedia, but they wouldn’t have it , so I ended up paying twice. It then becomes an expensive hotel, which it certainly isn’t."

"we made request for extra roll over bed for our 6 year old son. at the check in counter, we were told to pay extra for this bed. but it was a request. so we did not get the bed"

"The room is a great, detached bungalow type accommodation. It was very quiet, there are quite a lot of dogs - all seemed friendly. We really liked this place. It is about 15-20 minutes from Ban Dung, not too far, but I think you need a car if staying here- this is the advantage of being in a quiet location. There is coffee or hot chocolate, and we could have a couple of sugared crackers in the morning - given free. There were a few bugs, and to be expected as it's not in a town or city centre....
